Great company and the owner was very reasonable and communicated very well with all the service.
By far, the best experience I’ve ever had with with an independent contractor. Very professional, super nice and willing to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. When my invisible fence had issues about six months later, without question, he came out and fixed it with no charge. The issue had nothing to do with his installation, my neighbor, caused the issue and cut my line. He re-placed the damage line at no cost. I would recommend him 10 out of 10 times. Jon was great with our dog. She's afraid of men but was fine with Jon. He was fast, politics, and through. Answered all our questions and worked with the dog.
Jon was awesome, super kind and professional! We are super happy with our new electric fence for our puppy. Would highly recommend Swags!
