Frank and his team were expert, efficient and very organized. They got the job done and handled all the insurance nuances to make our new roof happen before the snow!
The work itself is great and have no complaints about the actual work itself. The handling of the invoices is another matter entirely. The first payment was handled by the field representative. The second payment we waited for another invoice as the insurance company requires a bill to cut the remaining check. The work was done in 2022. Until November 3, 2025 we had not heard a word from them. The company advised that they had sent an email in December 2022. I asked for proof of that as neither of us received an email. I would highly recommend Swagg Roofing and Siding. We had hail damage and they worked diligently with our insurance company. Daniel very professional and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The roofers were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again if I ever needed anything done.
