Terrible service. Takes weeks to get a quote and if you try and call, you have to leave a message and they will get back to you in days. I will be purchasing from someone else. I've never heard or seen a vendor run a business like this.

Have not answered the phone in years. You have to leave a message during normal business hours and they call you back within the next business day.

I work in the tricities regularly and have stopped by the richland swagelok many times recently only to find it closed. I have called on each of these occasions only to have it ring endlessly, transfer, be put on hold and then ultimately never be answered. Its hard to do your job without the right equipment. Good thing their are other companies willing to sell me their product. I have changed over to letlok which is just as reliable and far better priced. I needed some no-go gauges for the outage here in Richland and the store sales manager was right on top of it! He got me what I needed quickly and exactly what I asked for! Very good customer services and satisfaction! Great place to do business!
