Didn't do what they were supposed to do and then didn't have time to do what they were supposed to do. We shouldn't have went back because we've had issues with them before. We won't go back. Rude, unprofessional..

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IF TOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED PROPERLY AND IN A TIMELY MANNER!!!! This dealers service dept is a joke, I dropped my truck off for a coolant leak and back up camera not working. They did a diag within one day, then proceeded to wait almost 2 weeks to submit pictures to my extended warranty company. And then they performed the work and come to find out they miss diagnosed the backup camera 4 weeks in at their dealer.
