We brought our truck in to be serviced for a part under warranty. We brought the truck in 6/24, they called next day for us to come in and pay for the service. When we explained it was under warranty they stated they didn’t even check for that and would get back to us. When we called back and talked to Brittany she claimed she had not had time to call the warranty unless she was clocked out.
