Wow I called to see if they could change a tire and to get 4 new tires for my Ram. The lady that answered the phone said I don’t have time and hung up! Zero stars if possible!
Charged me 25$ to look at my vehicle and tell me I need a rotor replacement on one break. The bolts on my wheel bearing were loose when I got home.
My truck was leaking transmission fluid, they brought it in the shop and diagnosed the leak for me free of charge. A part was ordered and they changed it out for me fast and fairly priced.
I have taken numerous trucks and jeeps into Swaffords for years and I’ve never had an issue with anything they repaired or replaced. The prices are as fair as I could find. I recommend Swaffords if you need an oil change and some tires. Not to mention they are literally the only store in the entirety of Poplar Bluff that I am aware of that you can still by a 20 Oz bottled soda for less then 2 dollars.
Reasonable service prices! Does good work!
