Great people. Great service. Great price! I had to stop in Poplar Bluff because my windshield wipers quit working with all kinds of rain going on. The usual worry goes through my head of being taken advantage of as a woman out of town. I read great reviews for Swafford's and that's exactly what experience I had. They figured out it was minor little clip and Ford had one on the shelf. Anytime I have taken any of my vehicles there they have always done the job correctly and at a fair price. They will always have my business.
Wow I called to see if they could change a tire and to get 4 new tires for my Ram. The lady that answered the phone said I don’t have time and hung up! Zero stars if possible!
Charged me 25$ to look at my vehicle and tell me I need a rotor replacement on one break. The bolts on my wheel bearing were loose when I got home.
