Had a mishap at the Swadleys on HWY 152 this afternoon, and the owners and management took care of the problem with gracious kindness, and hospitality that will keep me coming back for years to come. Thank you Swadley family!!!

I tried to call the location in Bethany to place a large lunch order for business, but was placed on hold for 14 minutes before I gave up. I understand lunch is probably a busy time for most restaurants, but I could've been warned that they were too busy to take orders, rather than placing me on hold for 14 minutes. Ridiculous. That's bad business and bad customer service.
They are friendly, food is great and you get a lot for your money. The atmosphere is really nice with the new update on inside and outside. Try it, you will be a return customer. I get food from there at least one day a week.
my fries were extremely soggy and cold. the mashed potatoes and “gravy” were dry and had no gravy on it. the sliced brisket sandwich was soggy and cold as well. i will definitely take my business elsewhere 😒
