I was able to get the assistance I needed. Although I was nervous about the process filing. The Smyth Law Firm assisted me with ease through the process. And helped me to feel at ease through this process. I felt at ease knowing they provided to me the tools for credit counseling in the filing for bankruptcy process. I was in the process of the bank foreclosing on my house. My daughter through a friend recommended Stephen Smyth. After speaking with him I filed Bankruptcy Chapter 13. That day we spoke he was able to put a stop on the foreclosure. After meeting with the Bankruptcy Court he was able to set up a payment plan that worked out great.
