They don’t run hot water in their buildings because they have no idea how to separate heat from hot water. If the heat is off, the hot water is off. Sometimes both are off in single digit weather conditions too. Cockroach infested apartments. Terrible ownership. Lovely super though, only redeeming quality.
They really don't do their job.I've been here since 2021 They only do their job when they get a trouble over when money is involve. , i'm still waiting for my one bedroom apartment smh
