What a bunch of unprofessional people. Everything on the lease was not as listed. Filled with junk and furniture upon move in. Never cleaned after last tenant. Every person that I've spoken with yelled and hung up. Not what I would ever say to be professional.
DO NOT EVER RENT FROM SW. They are the least profession least organized least dependable agency I have ever dealt with in my life. Their leases are designed to take advantage of young renters, or renters of any age for that matter. If you value your money, your sanity, or your worth as a human being I would 1000000000% recommend avoiding SW Property Management at all costs. I’ll say it again. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM SW.
