Friendly, energetic, knowledgeable staff, excellent products.
They say that people will speak as they find, so when it comes to reviewing a product, I can only speak as I find. The product I had was the LR2 Legacy tail bag. After only two motorcycle roadtrip uses, one of the end carrying handles, split from the main body of the bag creating a large tear in tge canvas. Unfortunately, this happened on the first day of the roadtrip, so I had to repair the tear with stitching, and then lift and carry the bag any other way than use the handles. It was nice to stop in and get to actually look at the tank bags and get a feel for what they would look like on my bike. I believe it was Monica that helped me out and showed me all the features they offer. Thanks. Went right home and purchased a pro bag and tank mount.
This place is awesome I would give them a 10 if I could. They go beyond great service I was planing a trip when I first ordered my legend gear and they made sure I had them before I had to leave. They were such great bags I had to get the tail/backpack too. They can hold more then you would think. Then used the short straps as extenders and got even more to fit. Want to say THANK YOU too KARA for helping me and always answering my questions
