This place is a joke. Doctor Mitchell will lie to your face. I uprooted my whole life to move to area because they said they could take over care. When I got here they completely lied and said they could not do anything. They are rude and unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE! They have zero knowledge in recovery treatment and received some of the worst disrespectful treatment in my 10 years of treatment. DO NOT put your treatment in these incompetent people's hands.
Warning: Avoid S.W. Medical I went to S.W. Medical for a couple of years, and while the doctor herself was nice, the owner is extremely unprofessional and made my entire experience a nightmare. If your insurance requires prior authorizations, be prepared for endless delays and frustration — they simply don’t want to do their jobs. From the ladies up front to the people in the back are above average people. You don't find that everyday. A whole building of super heros.There is even one doctor there that's a teacher at a college that's 100s of years old. He runs marathons in his free time. Not naming names.
Do not bring your family here. These people only want your first visit fee of 350. They will tell you whatever you want to hear and give you whatever you want until you get in the door. After the first fee of 350 it goes down to 150. Now you're not do important and now they try and run you out of the office. I transferred my Dr from Louisiana too these people for rhem to take all my family's hard earned money then find a reason to get you out. So they can keep collecting the new visit fee.
