Michelle in post/ pre recovery care is an absolutely horrible nurse. On her notes she lied stating that I was requesting Narcotics when I literally would have been okay with just Toredall. Nurse said doctor would send in medication and the medication was sent completely wrong by doctors . She was upset because I wanted to take out my own IV which I honestly do a better job then most of the experienced nurses there. UTSW Endocrinology Department no longer treats Hashimoto's Disease. Patients are being directed to contact their PCPs for treatment.
The phone number for UT Southwestern Medical in this Google listing is WRONG - and, furthermore, has been wrong for a VERY long time. There is no excuse for this. Someone in management should update it immediately! THEN, if you click on the website and go to the website, is finding the phone number easy. NO!!! Page after page after page, no phone number is shown. Unbelievable!
This relates to my interactions with representatives in the Account Resolutions Department related to services I received on July 10. Shortly afterward, I saw a balance of more than $12,000 on MyChart. I contacted my insurance provider, UTCare, and was told that UTSW had already been paid everything it was owed and that I did not owe UTSW anything.
