The team at S&W did a fantastic job on my bathroom renovation. It was a complex job and required a complete teardown. S&W completely renovated my kitchen, Demolition and removal of all kitchen cabinetry and tile flooring. One-stop-shop for design, permit, and scheduling; demo, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and install. I appreciated their one-stop-shop approach for scheduling the flow of work and their subcontractors. The design manager and project manager provide oversight and timely communication. Project was completed in 7-weeks and that included my one week pause for a separate contractor's new floor installation.
S&W did our kitchen remodel in 2018, and just completed our bathroom remodel. Lee Reeves and Justin Champion were creative, professional, and responsive throughout the process! Kevin Lynch, as the on site coordinator, was also professional and responsive, keeping us informed every step of the way. His attention to detail was much appreciated! The entire staff was a pleasure to work with.
