Once you've made a purchase, that "service with a smile" goes right out the same door you came in. Typical of most car dealers but with this smaller, high-end version, you would think that the service aspect would continue after a major purchase. I found this to be very untrue. I may not be their most wealthy customer, but after closing the deal, everything changed. I haven't been treated the same since.
