Sadly, we had an egregious experience with SW Design/Stephanie. I'd categorize this as a scam and not even "a service review". In verbal and written agreements we understood the cost and deliverables in writing. Stephanie is a landscape designer, we have open dirt where we wanted plant suggestions, what could go wrong? We paid $1,375 and signed a contract describing what to expect. What we actually got was a CAD drawing (we provided!!!) and notes (we provided!!!) based on our meeting - no value added.
