My first appointment was rescheduled due to a doctor emergency. My next appointment was fine and they ordered some trial contacts for me. I only needed ones for left eye. After waiting 10 Days or so and not hearing anything, I finally called. Apparently they were waiting for my right lenses to come in…I didn’t have any right ones ordered! I ordered some glasses with them, and I wish I hadn't. Unfortunately, I needed to use my FSA before it expired. From start to finish, it seemed like they didn't even care about me or my order they only cared about the money. I would request something specific, and they tried soo hard to talk me into something else. Every frame they offered me was more than what I had wanted to spend, and when I mentioned it, the people kept pushing to get the more expensive frames. They had very poor communication with my spouse. Doctor called off with an emergency and then they pushed out 3 weeks. Go to the other eye docs nearby.
Good if I could have checked negative reviews prior to visit these guys. Quality lacks, wrong prescription and additional charges if need to fix that prescription.
