The front staff were nice and helpful the male doctor was a jerk. He kind of made a weird face at me when I walked into his office/exam room. I was clarifying something he said and he said “yeah that’s what I just said”. Also he was going to suggest eyedrops over the counter I asked him if he could prescribe it because my insurance would pay for it and he said no because I can easily get it over the counter. Glad this location is shutting down. Get that doctor out of my town.
Wonderful experience as always with SVS Vision! The staff are friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. The selection of frames is great and has grown since my last visit. The doctors etc., are warm and very professional! I got done quickly and my Rx didn't take long at all to come in. Definitely recommend SVS as well as this particular location!
They say you only write reviews if you have amazing experience or awful experience. Thankfully my experience was nothing short of amazing. 1st off, limited crowds are nice. There’s no screaming children or angry customers. I came in yesterday to see if I could get my broken frames replaced but keep my lenses. I didn't have an appointment and am not yet a patient, but James said it was no problem. He tried to fit my lenses into several pairs of Rayban frames, but none in stock would fit. When I was ready to admit defeat and have him order a pair from the supplier, he suggested that I could try a different brand.
