Dr was great! Office staff however, was not impressed. Have been going to this office for years and when something didn’t seem right with my insurance I brought it up to multiple different staff. Even showed them what my benefits showed and I was told I was wrong. I ended up calling SVS 1800 number and they did some digging turns out they weren’t properly billing my insurance! the Dr was GREAT however the staff are Very Snobby Also my lenses were wrong and caused me any Headaches and worsened my vision before it got figured out... I wish the Dr worked elsewhere she was very nice.

Exam was extremely rushed when I eventually got the glasses. The vision in the left eye was off. I worked a tremendous amount of hours. Was not able to get back there and they claim that they have a 45 day return policy and they wanted to charge me more to fix it. Honestly I wouldn't go there. I've had better service from other providers. I was contacted by SVS corporate and they have resolved the issue with my glasses. I appreciate them listening and resolving the problem. Staff was friendly. Service ok for selling. Almost a month from visit and still no glasses. Even worse is no one knows when the glasses will be in. " They just show up"
