Super easy, helpful, friendly service, my original eye appointment forgot my PD and couldn't help, SVS helped me where others couldnt
Every year I order contacts from SVS vision … every year at least one of my contacts comes out of the box with the problem… Usually, they take care of it for me !! well today I called because I opened up a new pack of contacts in the left. It was faulty and instead of trying to take care of me they’re putting it on me to do it. They can’t order the replacement like they’ve done in the past … no they can but they won’t.! Doctor white was amazing, and most of the staff was as well, however there was this one lady who was nothing but impatient and rude. My first time having contacts and they teach you nothing other than how to get them in and out for their own liability, had to do research on how to properly clean and care for them, also had a torn contact from improper use because they never taught me anything about picking them up from dry surfaces (never even told me they could tear).
