Friendly, quick, and thorough from entering the establishment to completing my appointment.
The staff here are the best, so nice, so helpful with a little fun sprinkled in. I have been to a few Optical Centers in West Branch but never have I been treated so well and my glasses turned out exactly right, unlike other places I have been to. Dr. Williams is kind and professional, he explains well.
Staff and optometrist are SO rude. Talk to people like we are little kids. Optometrist has a personality comparable to a doorknob, didn’t answer my questions but babbled an “answer”. The staff is worse. Not going back!
