I recently had my son’s eyes examined here in March. A few weeks after picking his glasses up, he broke his glasses playing in gym at school. I immediately took them in as I PAID for the added protection plan. I was informed by their staff that I didn’t need to pay the fee and they’d reorder his glasses through his insurance as he gets ONE replacement. I called to follow up after about 3 weeks only to find out the order was NEVER placed for my son’s replacement glasses.

Very friendly staff. Large selection of frames for women, much smaller selection for men. I'm happy with my glasses. Affordable prices if you have the right vision plan, too expensive if you have a Medicare Vision plan. I was able to purchase 2 pair, with Transition lenses for $285 with VSP Advantage plan. 6 months later, using an eMed Vision plan, 1 pair of glasses were $340. I had a very disappointing experience with this eye clinic. I had a scheduled appointment, and due to work I was only 5 minutes late. Despite that, they told me the doctor refused to see me. I left my job and adjusted my schedule to make it to this appointment, so being turned away over just five minutes felt extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate.
