Fantastic staff - everyone was super helpful and pleasant. Overall great experience!
Do not recommend will not tell you when glasses are ready and will get an attitude when you call.
I recently had my son’s eyes examined here in March. A few weeks after picking his glasses up, he broke his glasses playing in gym at school. I immediately took them in as I PAID for the added protection plan. I was informed by their staff that I didn’t need to pay the fee and they’d reorder his glasses through his insurance as he gets ONE replacement. I called to follow up after about 3 weeks only to find out the order was NEVER placed for my son’s replacement glasses.
