I've gotten a couple pair of glasses over the last few years.... They were recommended as they took my insurance. I've been without glasses a few months now, and after they canceled 2 other appointments because they didn't schedule it with the right doctor, I'm asked to call and make another appointment... I recently got new glasses and I have some issues going on with my face. I was trying to put a small bend in my right side so it wouldn’t rub on my side of my face. Well I ended up breaking it. I stopped in and met with Tammy and she had it fixed in no time ! She deserves a pat on the back for a job well done ! She was so nice and very pleasant to talk to. I hope that the management gives her a pat on the back for a job well done ! Thank you again Tammy !!! You are Awesome.
I just couldn't believe the prices there ,it is outrageous! For 4 pair of glasses they they were going to charge me almost $2000 ,mind you one of my frames were my old ones and then when we got home they called me and wanted over $200 more! Well guess what I canceled my order and paid only for the exam! Went somewhere else and SAVED $900! Unbelievable
