The staff is so polite and helpful, it’s just a little chaotic and hard to hear when your name is called.
Very easy to get new glasses. But just a warning - the final prices will shock you. I got glasses 2 years ago & I went back there last week to get new ones & the price went up almost $300 for the same kind of glasses I had before. Crazy how much I had to pay for them. If I didn't really need them, I would do without. But that is not the fault of the staff. They did a real good job & I was happy, just not with the price I had to pay.
The folks are friendly and helpful but usually busy. My experience was good and I didn't wait long at all for anything that I had done.
