There is great service and then there is above and beyond. This is the level of care that I recieved today by Erin the receptionist and Tammy the Optician. I highly recommend this location ffor all your optical needs.

So today, my mother had an appointment at this Monroe office location the women there were all over the place just gossip and loud they didn’t even really greet my mother. They left us away in past. Her appointment time will be arrived. 10 minutes earlier they took in another lady to just walked in, and when my mother came out of her appointment, no one even offered to help her. Love this place. All the employees are friendly and helpful at the Monroe location but Brittney is beyond outstanding. She always has a huge smile and warm greeting the second you walk through the door. She is super efficient and knowledgeable . I brought in my spare pair of glasses today to see if they could be adjusted. This pair of glasses were embarrassingly mangled from countless nights of falling asleep with them on.
