I recently got new glasses and I have some issues going on with my face. I was trying to put a small bend in my right side so it wouldn’t rub on my side of my face. Well I ended up breaking it. I stopped in and met with Tammy and she had it fixed in no time ! She deserves a pat on the back for a job well done ! She was so nice and very pleasant to talk to. I hope that the management gives her a pat on the back for a job well done ! Thank you again Tammy !!! You are Awesome.
I just couldn't believe the prices there ,it is outrageous! For 4 pair of glasses they they were going to charge me almost $2000 ,mind you one of my frames were my old ones and then when we got home they called me and wanted over $200 more! Well guess what I canceled my order and paid only for the exam! Went somewhere else and SAVED $900! Unbelievable
I came in for an eye exam. I expressed before hand I’ve had some eye irritation and redness for 6+ months and would like to get that checked out. I went in and the so called “doctor” or person who did my exam was not listening to my concerns and was quiet in the room the whole time. Made me feel very uncomfortable and anxious. She was very unhelpful and did not answer my questions and just referred me to a specialist. I made an appointment for eye exam and contac lenses. They did not give me the lens exam. I had to schedule another time. 10 :45, and I am still waiting at noon.
