Bad Review of SVS NOT A 1 STAR...COULD NOT PUT A ZERO STAR...Went to this Livonia SVS store...had my eye exam...purchased new glasses...then asked if they could update my lenses for my designer frames purchased at another vision store...their reply...sure just leave them and we will...well...not so easy...as it turned out...they lost my designer frames...told me it was NOT their fault...WHAT??? Then made less than successful attempt to find them...told me to pick out another frame...and they would give me a marginal credit..... read more
Not a thorough exam for contacts!!!! I was there for a contact lens exam and he didn't even measure my eyes just used an old contact lens prescription I got from a previous doctor. The problem is I wanted to try new contacts that were not the same size and he didn't even check them when i put them on my eyes he said call me in 10 days. I said don't you want to check them on my eyes and he said "NO". Wow it was the worst contact lens exam i have ever had.
