Don't go there. I had my eye exam this February and was told everything was fine, so I didn’t need to follow up. Okay, cool. A few days ago, I lost my glasses, and I called SVS Vision. Keep in mind, I've been going there since 2023. I told them I lost my glasses and asked if I could get a replacement because I am legally blind, can’t see anything, and need my glasses for daily life. I went to grab my prescription, but it had expired with no refills.
First time being at an eye doctor, staff is so friendly this is one of the best experiences I would definitely recommend!! I will continue here
Absolutely awesome and so helpful and no surprise charges or extra told us exactly what my insurance covers and doesn’t!
