Your store has the friendliest staff. We absolutely love going there. The staff listens to our wants and concerns and are happy to answer any other questions we have. You have a great staff there
The wrong frames were ordered for my child. Though similar looking, the width is different. The doctor seemed to rush and completed both of our eye exams before the 2nd exam was scheduled to start. I now go to a different practice and SVS alpine won’t stop calling me even though I have spoken with staff who told me I would be removed from the call list after I asked them to.
The people here at the SVS on Alpine are great. There was one that was a bit sketchy when I went to pick up my glasses the first time that didn’t seem to want to take much time with me but the rest are great. Love my glasses but just need a bit of adjustment.
