The exam with the doctor is fine, but they will upsell you on a fundus image of the back of your eye. Then, their pricing is complicated and, if you’re paying out-of-pocket, quite high for a new pair of glasses. If you’re not, chances are the plastic frames most insurances will cover will crack in less than a year. They are not allowed to adjust your frames unless they sold them to you. The staff is nice, but they are definitely profit over care.
I believe that, that was the absolute BEST I have ever been treated at an eye glass store. The staff was EXTREMELY polite, and very knowledgeable about what I needed. They did not treat me like I was a interruption of their day. They took their time, answered every single question I had. Explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. Guys you got a lifetime customer
Had a great experience with getting my eye exam and talking with the doctor. But the staff was horrible due to the issue of the frames not fitting to my criteria since I’ll be the one wearing them. I want a full refund and they just gave a bunch of attitude for it. I get I’m not a customer anymore but some common courtesy would be nice when returning frames that don’t work for me. I get it’s not a common transaction to do but how the frames work can change. The staff only care about the sale.
