Made appts back in June for august go to call and confirm oh we don't have u in our schedule what a way to work union vision guess the kids won't have glasses before school because of the lazy workers u have ...... I hate this place with a passion.
On the initial visit the doctor was running nearly and hour and a half behind. Okay, things happen. Got glasses ordered, they came in quickly less then 5 days. (this, sadly, is where the positive ends) Within only a few weeks one lens pops out (and cannot be found), the other is popping out. The glasses get taken back to be repaired, about a week later my husband is called to be informed that it will cost us money to get them fixed (the lens had not even been ordered yet!!).
