I would not recommend SVS Vision to anyone. I chose a frame and a lens through them and was never told they were not compatible. The lenses popped out over and over, and when I took them back they told me it was because they were not compatible and didn't fit together like they should. SVS refused to do anything about it. How can you sell a customer a faulty product, admit to it, and then not fix it? Literally the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with.
Extremely unprofessional, pushy, horrible customer service. Provided the wrong information to my face and then we sat down to run through insurance and they told me completely different information 5 minutes later. I also told them twice that my husband was not getting glasses and they still called my insurance to get his prescription released. Completely lost 4 customers ready to purchase frames. Unbelievable.

ZERO STARS! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND spending any of your hard earned money at this store. Trust me, I made the mistake TWICE! Every time I get glasses I have to order a new pair right after because the quality of their glasses are low grade..The quality of their products make me wonder if they are even REAL designer frames.. RecommendedJust stopped here for a repair to my broken frames that my regular doc could not fix!! What a clean and professional place and very nice staff! Nikita fixed my frames in five minutes flat and was so polite and welcoming. Exactly the kind of service I’ll be bringing my business back to.

30 minute wait just to get glasses screw fixed. Poor customer service.
As a Ford employee unfortunately they are our vision benefit provider. Their service, exam, and glasses are so bad I’ve been paying 100% out of pocket for my exam, glasses, and my safety glasses for almost 2 decades.
