Terrible. My husband bought glasses out of pocket then he used his insurance and we still waiting on the difference back. They have changed office managers so much I believe this maybe a fraudulent business. They haven't sent any reimbursement and on top of that it's illegal healthcare practices according to the lawyer I got. It doesn't take 2 months to send a reimbursement check. Then the office has no contact with corporate. Smh illegal practices and activities. No one has gotten back or anything I'm glad I am taking this ... read more
Had an appointment on a Sat. The wait wasn't long, staff was very helpful/ knowledgeable. Very pleased with the Dr. as well as the staff. My glasses were ready in less than a week. Definitely recommend.
