My daughter never received her glasses. I made an appointment in September of 2024. We were supposed to get her glasses about 2 weeks after. I have called multiple times regarding the matter. Nobody has had a solution to the problem. Every time i call someone knows why im calling but they have yet to get my daughter her glasses. They take forever to answer the phone. It is a nice clean place but horrible customer service.
I've been going here for years, but in the last year I've been having problems with my glasses ( 3 pair ) having stress cracks and it looks like my lenses are separating with bubbles in it ( all three pairs). They sent them back several times and the problem is keep happening. The staff here is wonderful but they can only do so much. I was told recently that they will not fix it because its something I am doing ( which is not true ) then they said I was putting chemicals on it that was probably causing the issue. Terrible. My husband bought glasses out of pocket then he used his insurance and we still waiting on the difference back. They have changed office managers so much I believe this maybe a fraudulent business. They haven't sent any reimbursement and on top of that it's illegal healthcare practices according to the lawyer I got. It doesn't take 2 months to send a reimbursement check.
