I have to find a new optical center to go to. This one is trash! One Dr. Walk-ins and appointments is diabolical. And they MADE me pick a star. I didn't want to pick HALF a star let lone a WHOLE one!
My daughter never received her glasses. I made an appointment in September of 2024. We were supposed to get her glasses about 2 weeks after. I have called multiple times regarding the matter. Nobody has had a solution to the problem. Every time i call someone knows why im calling but they have yet to get my daughter her glasses. They take forever to answer the phone. It is a nice clean place but horrible customer service.
