This is the UAW provider for eyeglasses etc. I have glasses that were 2 years old purchased from this location. Took them in for adjustment as they were sliding off my nose. Latoya overheated them and the lenses were ruined. I was leaving for vacation within 2 days. I was given a free exam and told the lenses would be replaced with the new script.
