Initial service was great . However they text & say my glasses are ready . I get there & top corner of lens is cracked . They have to send glasses back . I get text saying they are back again . With the bad weather I couldn’t get there for a few days . I call yesterday to say I will be there tomorrow. Then I get another text saying they are ready . I tried SVS based on a postcard I received in the mail. I was highly impressed by the entire staff. They were all very professional and friendly. I received a thorough eye exam and the sweetgal who helped me pick out my glasses was super helpful. I will recommend this location to all of my friends.
I’ve been going to this SVS location for many years and it’s amazing!! Carmen usually helps me and she is so pleasant and friendly. I recently had Stephanie help me with a purchase and she, like Carmen, was amazing!! She was patient with my many choices, pleasant and professional!! Had a smile the whole time! I can’t recommend this place enough!!
