I also come here for my eye exams and use my good insurance. Carman is the friendliest staff member—she’s welcoming, professional, and always provides excellent service.
Not only great customer service but prompt as well!!! It's good to know that we still have a few places that have nice people who know how to engage customers.
Ordering new eyeglasses here was so nice. The online try-on feature is great, but coming and having help choosing frames is sooo much better! Stephanie suggested these Betsy Johnson frames. I love them! So much better than the colorful frames I had chosen. She was great to work with.
I came to the Southfield store and ordered a new Progressive lens. It took them 3 weeks to do and the progressive lens setting was wrong so I had to return them and they've had them for another three weeks and I still have not received them. I am a senior and need my glasses to see. To avoid having to return the glasses, I asked if they would have an experienced employee put the lenses in. Obviously they didn't. I would not recommend this company because they are too slow.
