I haven’t been to this location in a long time. There is a new doctor now and while the whole front staff was pleasant and nice the doctor that seen wasn’t so pleasant. She just wasn’t welcoming at all and I’m not use to anyone acting this way so it was a little frustrating. I asked for an contact case to put my contact in and it was like she had an attitude , I said thank you plenty of times and nothing in return, she didn’t say your welcome not once. Hopefully she’s more pleasant next time .
Personable and professional Dr and support staff. Under whelming customer experience. The SVS corporate office provided the store an eyeglass case that was clearly too small and unable to store my large frame glasses. Not sure why SVS would have large frame glasses available for purchase and knowing that they do not have the correct case available for the customer at pick up. I do not feel like a valued customer. I chose SVS for convenience and proximity but I feel that was a big mistake.
I moved, so I wanted to go to the svs by my house because I really liked my other svs vision in Taylor. I called to make an appointment and the staff answered the phone laughing and told me to wait. Unprofessional, but okay. She came back on the phone and got all my information and then hung up on me. No call back. Rude and unprofessional, I would rather take my business elsewhere as this place is an embarrassment to the svs brand. Would not recommend.
Christina who works here was really rude toward me. She called me and told me I booked my appt wrong when I didn’t I selected which appt I wanted which was an eyeglasses and contact lens exam. And that she was cancelling it. How did I book wrong when they gave me the slots on line and even told me some stuff to prepare me for contact lens appt. And she rushed me off the phone.
