I have been a loyal customer of Henry Ford OptimEyes for many years, but decided to try SVS Vision for my 13-year-old daughter because this location is close to our home. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations, and we will not be returning. The customer service received by the elderly African American woman there was disappointing. Wonderful experience. Very helpful and courteous staff. my glasses came in much sooner than i was expecting. Thank you SVS Two years later and i now get to add to my review! I've got to say it, this time around was better than my previous visits. You respect people's time. time, we respect that as well. What an amazing professional team. I batled for years to get the correct prescription glasses and my new glasses are absolutely perfect!
My appointment with SVS was the best eye place I could had experience. From the beginning to the end it was a blessing. All the staff were exceptional and felt like a loving family. Very helpful and patient with the customers which included myself. I was nervous before walking in and during the exam and choosing the Eyewear, all the nervousness went quickly away. I will recommend this location and the company to anyone and everyone I know. They're all are in my prayers and I'm looking forward for my next eye appointment.
