St Clair Shores office could not get appt right so I lost trust in them dealing with numbers and cancelled there and called Eastpointe office. Best move I could of made. Got appt the day I called and had the best customer service from making appt to paying. Got referred for cataract surgery so I am waiting to get glasses till after surgery. I will definitely return to Eastpointe office. Doc was awesome too! Totally happy camper.
This location needs to be shut down. Seriously, there's no respect for customers, at all. The employees inappropriately gossips in front of you. If you're over 5 minutes late (even if you call to inform them) they will cancel, even though theres been several appointments I've waited 15-30minutes for the doctor to be ready. DO BETTER SVS! HIRE AND TRAIN THE PEOPLE YOU PUT IN THESE OFFICES.
Overall good experience, wasn't happy they didn't have a doctor on site but Miss Angie helped me out so I will be back.
My appointment was cancelled, b/c when they called to confirm, my phone number was not in service. I gave her my correct phone number. I called the next day to inquire about my insurance and to see if my insurance had, in fact, approved the purchase. I also wanted to make sure, for a second time, that they corrected my phone number. The person I spoke to told me that my phone number was correct and they will call me when my glasses where available for pick-up.
