Set my appointment for contacts on March 27th, went to said appointment on said day and was told that my appointment wasn't until April 10th. So they took it upon themselves to change my appointment day and not even let me know until I showed up for my original appointment date. Sad thing is my wife works for this company and this is how they treat employees and their family memebers.
This is the absolute worst Location in Michigan, please do NOT go there !!!…The Customer Service is Trash, the Doctors don’t even come to work…which screws you out of an appointment, no courtesy, just a “ sorry “ and that’s it, the place is filthy on the inside, and my 11 yr old Daughter could run a better establishment by herself…I will never ever step foot in there again to patronize this poor excuse of a Business, straight Garbage…..
Staff is rude, been trying to get an appointment foe a couple of weeks at thecEastpoint office, will try Warren from now on
I appreciate SVS vision repairing my glasses. Every time I try to order eyeglass cleaning solution packages, they are never available. This is a frequent issue, need to improve on Stocking more products for customers
