Lisa was very informative and very patient as well as very helpful throughout the process.
I did not get any names this time, however this is my second visit in 6 months. Great customer service. Eye contact, greets you soon as you walk in, and very helpful with selecting more than just glasses. I needed help with an eye exam as well as glasses fixed again. Although I have to come back the receptionist gave me the exact date i would be available and let me see a few pair I may like when I come back.
