This location needs to be shut down. Seriously, there's no respect for customers, at all. The employees inappropriately gossips in front of you. If you're over 5 minutes late (even if you call to inform them) they will cancel, even though theres been several appointments I've waited 15-30minutes for the doctor to be ready. DO BETTER SVS! HIRE AND TRAIN THE PEOPLE YOU PUT IN THESE OFFICES.
Overall good experience, wasn't happy they didn't have a doctor on site but Miss Angie helped me out so I will be back.
My appointment was cancelled, b/c when they called to confirm, my phone number was not in service. I gave her my correct phone number. I called the next day to inquire about my insurance and to see if my insurance had, in fact, approved the purchase. I also wanted to make sure, for a second time, that they corrected my phone number. This was my first time visiting this site. I was met with a 'good morning,' and that means a lot to me. I'm big on customer service. The front desk clerk was friendly and attentive. I was then assisted by Kai, who demonstrated not only quality customer service but also a compassionate heart, because I visited after the passing of my grandson, and she was very concerned. This location.. idk, last year it was fine but something happened since. I called for myself back in April to get my eyes rechecked. My insurance benefits start over at the beginning of the year, I called my insurance to verify this, but when I called to schedule an eye exam, they refused to schedule me until exactly my last time being seen...
