I had a terrible experience at SVS Vision on 8 Mile. It took them two months to get my glasses ready, and when they finally arrived, the blended lens wasn’t working at all—especially the reading part. While it was delayed, I called them twice a week, and they just stopped picking up my calls. After I returned them, it took another two weeks just to get basic reading glasses. The customer service was also really disappointing. I won’t be going back.
Excellent service and the staff is amazing
They lie about the time you supposed to pick up your glasses the manager do notknow how to talk to customers there really rude not recommended
