Excellent service, friendly, fast and knowledge staff,. Everyone one there was very helpful and on point with customer service. 5 star treatment! As always.
I don’t ever post bad reviews but, for this I had to. I went in to pick out new frames the first week of November. No trouble at all with customer service or choosing frames. That was a fine experience. However, I was told I would have the frames back “before Thanksgiving”. I called several times to ask when they would be in. I got the call back on December 23rd that my frames were ready. I went right in and picked them up. They handed me the frames and that was it. No fitting, nothing. Charita and Rayna are super friendly and helpful. I was all over the place but they helped me understand the process and I was having a really shitty day but they changed my mood. I forgot my phone and they took care of it till I was able to get back to get it. They truly deserve the praise and acknowledgement. Thank you
This location is terrible would not recommend. They close randomly whenever they want to when online say open. You have to call them to see if your glasses came in and after you speak to someone that’s when they’ll send you a text to say that their in lol
