They was supposed to close at 6pm why was they closed at 5:40pm all I had to do was pick my son new frames for glasses he broke they claim they didn't carry his anymore

The eye exam was fine, but should tell you Upfront about your prescription might not be made if you have a higher RX. I sat there and picked out Eyeglasses. Just to be told can’t I get them because it’s not available to me. If I would’ve known that I would’ve just asked for a copy of my receipt/ RX.
