This was my first visit at the Merrilville location . I used to go to the Lansing location. The doctor here was kind, patient, thorough, and professional, NOT like the previous optometrist at the Lansing location. It was truly refreshing to have an eye doctor that listens and is patient for once. I couldn't ask for a better optometrist! The staff was friendly as well. I was very pleased !
I want to give a special shout out to Julie! She provided a great customer experience adjusting my glasses with ease, patience, and compassion. Continue smiling and doing a great job! I’ll return because of my positive experience!!!!
