I went in with goal to get glasses. My vision is really bad (I could only see the first 3 lines). The doctor was really nice and friendly; he didn t make me feel nervous one bit and he answered all my questions professionally.When I was done, I already had a pair of glasses in mind. There were two ladies (Rebecca and Colleen I believe), and they were very nice. I bought two pairs of glasses, and one of them has smudges on the lenses that I did not cause. It is a smudge from the poor quality of the plastic and the coating they put on the plastic. I took them back to the store, to see if they would repair this obvious defect. But they said it was scratches and it wasn t. It was the poor plastic quality that caused the smudge and they will not service their poor workmanship. For this reason I would not choose this company to purchase glasses from because of the low quality of the mate... read more
