Techs damaged my rim during new tire installation. I "was" happy about my experience at SVS. That's definitely changed now. Update, you can back peddle all you want. The rim wasn't damaged prior to the tire installation. The way your team left this rim is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. SVS Tires is the best place to go for tires. Their prices are unbeatable, and the team is always friendly, honest, and helpful. They never try to upsell, just give you the best advice and service. Fast, reliable, and trustworthy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
There online booking is very poor. The times are just suggestions. Changed my booking for the following day.
