Terrible communication from the top all the way down! Top management is running this place into the ground! Why not be upfront and honest with all employees? They can't make a decision if their life depended on it. I definitely would not want to work with or for a company that employees cannot trust upper management; they are out for only making themselves look good! I love SVRC and evertrhing they stnd for, nd how they hel tje community. I have been empolyed with Svrc for 11 years, today was my last shift, as im very sad as my last day cme to an end, im so very grateful of all the support SVRC has given me. The support and encouragement has helped me got back to and complete classes in a medical setting, i now am empolyed full time at a doctors office. SVRC will aways hold speical spot in my heart.
