Amazing! My family member had broken her leg and was struggling to get around the house. I was able to get everything I needed there promptly, which is hard when there's only a few medical supply stores in the county. Robert and Pam were so so kind and helpful. They patiently walked me through options and made sure I had everything I needed.
I usually get my CPAP supplies elsewhere but was in a tight spot and bought a couple of cushions. I was sold the wrong item and when I went in to switch it out, the gentleman behind the desk did not believe me and insisted he had given me the right item. No dice. He finally switched me out but I won’t go there again. Also, my receipt had the wrong name on it :(
Will at SVR was very helpful and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend Will and SVR for all your respiratory and home health care needs.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE PEOPLE. THEY PAM RICK ALL OF THEM ARE THE MOST KIND CARING PEOPLE IVE EVER MET. THEY TRULY CARE .
