They were able to take me in when I need it. The inspection was thorough, and I was glad I did it, as I had to walk away from the deal. They send pics with all diagnoses, explain any questions, and Sergeev, who did the talking part, was very friendly (which is a bonus, not a requirement for me), and gave me a great input on other questions I had. The place looks like it's been in a storm, but don't go by feelings. His partners are serious workers, they know what they are doing. I was very pleased with their service.
