SVN Landmark is a reliable resource for all things commercial real estate in Geneva and the surrounding area. Neil, Jeff, and Brian do an excellent job going above and beyond for their clients and I love being able to refer folks to them knowing they will get taken care of.
Was dealing with an agent by the name of Joel Miller. This man strings along perspective tenants giving false information when a space is already leased. If it already taken then be an adult and just say so instead of saying you will continue to push the landlord to continue forward knowing another business has settled into the space. Additionally, when I say I’ve never met a broker so unresponsive and unprofessional I’d be making an understatement.
