Fraud, Fraud Esta compañía no paga No trabaje para el
Absolutely zero response in regards to the sewage backing up into the bathroom and flooding the apartment. Called numerous times but the company has no messaging system to leave a message. Filed numerous complaints for MORE THAN 2 YEARS and still no response. Terrible management system for both tenants and owners. Do not use this company in any circumstance - you will absolutely regret it.
They lie. Plain and simple. They also raise your rent so high that they then tell you to move because they know you can't afford it. They don't clean before you move in but charge you if it has a spec of dust when you move. They don't care to hear your complaints. Oh and they never remove snow. Have fun if you are a tenant at any of their domiciles.
I do not recommend this company for tenants. They are great to their owners though.
