There was only about a 10 minute wait to be seen by a nurse. She took vitals and info. An RN arrived next to give the exam and then provided an inhaler treatment. She checked my lungs again and sent me to X-ray. I was there for a couple of hours and left with prescriptions waiting at the pharmacy. Very thoughtful, professional and friendly service.
The nurse with the ear tattoo and purple hair had no bedside manner at all for my 10 year old whatsoever
Staff is absolutely useless. My wife has gone twice within the last week 1/2 for a sore throat. They tell her it's post nasal drip both times. It's so bad she can barely speak now and the doctors refuse to actually see her and do anything. Then they write her a useless sick note without even verifying the appropriate time frame needed. They just assumed. I've never seen such incompetency from medical staff. You're better off going to the ER or another hospital entirely to get some actual help and treatment.
Waited 90 minutes in the waiting room, finally got into a room, and another 90 minutes without seeing anyone, this is ridiculous! Get your shit together! If I wanted to spend my entire day at the Hospital I would've went to the Emergency Room.
