Great place 😃 staff are good too. Make sure you know that your doc knows exactly why your there though. They might take your post symptoms and think your only there for that one issue 🤕
All staff I interacted with this past Saturday were professional, helpful, and thorough. They carefully checked out my issue, had the necessary testing done, and spent time clearly explaining the results and next steps. I have been at Express Care a few times in the past, mostly for respiratory issues, and have had the same experience. I will not hesitate to return for future medical issues that arise outside of regular doctor's hours.
A few months ago I was in a bad snowmobile accident and every staff member was so attentive and kind to everything I needed. I remember 6 different staff members who all went out of their way to help me and make sure I was not in too much pain. Spencer gave me 8 stitches and they healed perfectly. I’m so lucky to have such an amazing team of people to help me
