Went in to buy my son a good bike. Have previously purchased him used or cheap bikes. Walk into store was not acknowledged by staff. Wait 15 mins for help while they finish helping order part for another customer. Get part ordered and then staff proceed to take other customer to the bike repair area. Still have not acknowledged us. There was no I will be with you in a minute nothin at all. Decided to leave and will most likely purchase bike online.
