New patient here. But they call back super fast, even if you call during typical "lunch time hours", when most other offices will keep you on hold the entire time or take forever to get back to you if you leave a call back msg. The new patient sign up process is efficient and easy. You call them, they'll send you a new patient packet. You fill it out, and return it via mail or drop off. They then go over it and will call you to set up your first appointment! Couldn't be any more straight forward and easy. No phone tag etc. T... read more
