Bought a used car from them a little under 4 months ago. The transmission went out in the car yesterday. After calling them, all they can say is "Your 3 month warranty expired". No other solutions or attempt to make things right. I get you take a gamble with any used vehicle, but for $14,000 (before bank interest) you should get a solid couple years out of it. I went into Svg with a car I had purchased from them previously. I had no high hopes of leaving there with a brand new vehicle. I had racked the staffs brain for few hours on getting me a deal that worked for them and me. If it was for Scott Siders and Chris Braden coming up with a deal I thought was impossible to walk away with. I wouldn’t know what I would have done.!. Unbelievably poor service. Weeks after deal was signed, they suddenly needed proof of income. Wouldn't that be good info on the day of the deal? Didn't get paperwork until 44 days after buying vehicle. Had to drive an hour back to get paperwork after sales manager lied and said it was in the mail. It was on his desk. Wouldn't buy from them again. Do not recommend
Auto repair department very friendly and knowledgeable... explained things to me in detail and how long it will take to repair... very good staff...
