Awesome from start to finish! I did an out of state purchase, so there were some minor hiccups as to be expected. However after shopping around with multiple dealers, this one was the best with customer service. The process was one of the easiest I have experienced, even being mostly not in person. Thanks again? I LOVE my new car!!!!
Transmission part was replaced and didn't need to be on a newer car. THEN for that installed new part that didn't need to be replaced, an alignment needed to be done when that part was installed which it was NOT! While driving, I noticed my steering wheel was turned to the right. I brought my car to another Chevrolet dealership for service and it costs me 200 dollars to have the alignment done. They also fixed the issue with my car that SVG Urbana couldn't fix correctly. I do NOT recommend this service department! Inexperien... read more

I was a loyal customer for many years and purchased multiple vehicles from this location. After it was purchased or changed to SVG things change drastically. The service department is iffy at best and continually changing personnel. The last vehicle I purchased from SVG location in Urbana Ohio and I had to change over my insurance I had to do basically everything after purchasing the vehicle and then went back to ask a few questions they acted like they didn't know who I was
