I’ve brought my vehicle here for maintenance a handful of times without issue, but my experience the other day was completely unacceptable. While in the waiting lounge, I politely asked an employee named Bill for help with the coffee machine. He was extremely rude, told me he had just started his lunch and wasn’t going to "waste his time," and snapped at me to go find someone else.
