I contacted another company before calling Joe. The other company stayed for 15 minutes and quickly told me I had to replace my entire system and quoted me at 10-13K. My father in law told me the only person he trust is Joe who serviced his central air unit. I called Joe and he came the same day. He spent a few hours with us looking at the system, cleaning the system, diagnosing the system. He was able to correct our issue without replacing the system. Really touched by what a nice guy Joe is. He just came to service my boiler, did a great, clean job as he has in the past. On his way out he cleared out my clogged gutter for me just out of the kindness of his heart. Definitely someone you want to give your business to!
