Treated like a second class citizen due to the fact that I wasn't coming here for some expensive cosmetic procedure. Came in to an empty waiting room, waited for over 9 people to be called back before me. Had a painful cyst I wanted excised, told it will be over 3 months, when the person in front of me was told 5 weeks. Shameful really!
BE CERTAIN THAT YOU REQUEST THAT YOU WILL BE SEEING THE DOCTOR HIMSELF NOT THE GIRLS THAT ARRANGEMENTS R MADE WITH ON THE PREOP APPOINTMENT DATE AS ALWAYS WITH ANY OTHER SURGERY EXCEPT WITH THIS PLACE BECAUSE IT CERTAINLY WOULD HAVE AVOIDED THE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF HAVING MY SURGERY CANCELLED ON THE DAY AND TIME BY HIS STAFF SO I COULD HAVE MADE MORE APPROPRIATE SURGERY SCHEDULE WITH A RELIABLE SOURCE IT DEFINITELY DESTRUCTIVE TO MY LIFE THE SCHEDULED RECOVER TIME OFF WORK RUINED And If u call to hopefully ease ur mind on ... read more
