I had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted by the front desk staff, and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. I also noticed what I perceived to be a strong smell of alcohol on the breath of one of the front desk employees, which I found concerning. The office manager was also dismissive. I have degenerative disease so he was gonna do my second fusion. I already had one specialist one surgeon a neurosurgeon actually who did my first fusion and it was great unfortunately I needed a second one a few years later in my old surgeon had retired and I was stuck going to see Dr. Svabeck. Coming from NJ, didn't know anything about florida , not alone a orthopedic surgeon that i needed to look at my knee.Doing some research i came across Dr Steven Svabek and I am so grateful that I found him.His office staff was so nice and made me feel at home..Upon meeting Dr Svabek, I knew i made the correct decision, he took the time to get to know me and listened to what I had to tell him about my knee.
