Over the years we have always used SV (Larry), for a duplex probably 15yrs ago.. he removed all the tar and gravel, re-sheeted it all before putting on the new shingles. Then he looked after putting up new fasia and gutters with down spouts. They also re-shingled 2 sheds there about 4-5 yrs ago. Our house, he patched up the shingles that blew off from a storm 3-4yrs ago and re-shingled the front hangover we took off to see if we could convert it to a deck last year. Yes. We know Larry and Sun Valley. He made a mess of our building at Big White. Monashee Inn. Go and see! It should be illegal that he is in business. Shocked that he is in bussiness now.
Quick response to our request for an estimate on a new roof, and when we were able to start the project a few weeks later, Larry responded quickly again. The crew was respectful, hard-working and got the job done as soon as possible in spite of blistering heat and then rain getting in the way, and left the property clean. We are extremely happy with the result!! 10/10 would highly recommend!
Larry had a quote to me within 48 hours of my first call, crews scheduled in shortly after. Very impressed with the workmanship and keeping the yard clean for the kids and dogs. Larry kept great communication throughout the job. Highly recommend them, have used for a large commercial job and a residential job now and are my go to roofers of choice
