Told me they had Special. Would do air ducts, dryer vent and return air. When they got here. They knock over my marble chest set. Left door open and my dog got loose. Had a brace holding vacuum up leaning on my 55 inch TV. Inspected furnace but not dryer vent. Did not clean return air vent. Was not at all what I was told would be done by sales person on phone.
Giovanni did a good job. On time and quick.
Quick and professional. I loved the service.
I was scheduled a 2-5pm window and Owen was there at 2:15. He did a great job explaining the level of cleaning need and proceeded to do a thorough clean and inspection. I will have them clean again annually as recommended by Owen.
