Sloppy! I had an appointment scheduled, the technician arrived on time and communicated well but when I came home things were not put back in place ( vents/ furniture) and 2 rooms vents were not touched. Also they do not include the return vents and the price goes from $99 to $695? Doesn’t make sense, seems like they are more focused on upselling.
I just had my dryer vent supposedly cleaned. I am so disgusted with the job that was done. They didn’t clean the area around the dryer . I told them I thought the problem was was that the hose on back of dryer was loose they said they would check it well that didn’t happen there is a hole where the tape was moved so didn’t fix anything. There is still big clumps of lint in the opening for outside vent. They didn’t check any of the other vents and charged $149 to use a brush to clean out dryer vent .
